Duties & Responsibilities
- Ad creation and copywriting
- Keyword and audience research
- Audience building and campaign setup
- Optimization of digital advertising campaigns
- Daily management of campaigns
- Daily, weekly and monthly ad account optimisations
- Monitoring performance on campaign-based tests and adjusting actions accordingly
- Brainstorming new ideas for campaigns
- Reporting to clients and management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, hospitality, or a related field or equal qualification
- 1+ years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns
- Experience in all aspects of paid media including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, Remarketing, and Paid Social advertising
- Proficiency in Analytics tools
- Proficiency is paid and free ad platforms
- Ability to analyse and improve results
- Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach
- A willingness to learn, research and use initiative
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
- Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs
- Experience working with ad tags, basic HTML and rich media would be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Perfect command of the English language
