While the ideal candidate is required to fulfil these responsibilities, he or she should possess these prerequisites too.

Responsibilities

• Understand the application requirement
• Review software requirement specifications
• Create and detailed, test cases
• Prepare test reports
• Defect coordination with development teams

Prerequisites

• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Understanding of the different mobile device types, operating systems and web browsers
• Highly imaginative and self-motivated
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Knowledge in database languages

Knowledge in test automation will certainly be a plus point
