We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Social Media Optimisation (SMO). This role is responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving online visibility, and maximising ROI across search and social platforms. The ideal candidate should blend analytical skills with creative execution to deliver measurable business results.

    Key Responsibilities

    Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

    • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
    • Perform comprehensive keyword research and optimise web content accordingly.
    • Conduct regular SEO audits to improve site performance, structure, and crawlability.
    • Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to enhance domain authority.
    • Monitor ranking performance and competitor activity using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
    • Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.

    Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

    • Plan, implement, and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns across Search, Display, and Video networks.
    • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to boost CTR and conversion rates.
    • Manage budgets, track performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), and ensure campaign profitability.
    • Use Google Analytics and Data Studio to produce insight-driven reports and dashboards.

    Social Media Optimisation (SMO)

    • Develop and manage paid and organic campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
    • Optimise ad placements, targeting, and content to improve engagement and conversions.
    • Collaborate with the creative team on social content calendars and campaigns that align with brand goals.
    • Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategies.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Use tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio to analyse performance.
    • Deliver regular reports detailing traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
    • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve organic and paid results.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, and paid social.
    • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Bing, Yandex, Metrica, SEMrush/Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
    • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and content optimisation.
    • Experience with remarketing, funnel optimisation, and marketing automation tools.
    • Up to date with the latest SEO algorithm changes, SEM trends, and social media advertising tools.
